Nina Blythe has been working with Mr Zainul Jafferji since 2020, dealing principally with complex immigration cases, including deportation, judicial review, asylum and human rights, as well as civil litigation and business immigration. She has been involved in a number of high-profile unlawful detention cases, including Almas v Home Office & Vincent Stewart v Home Office.
Nina has been responsible for managing Mr Jafferji’s public access caseload, delegating work, reviewing submissions and assisting at trial in court.
She has successfully completed the GDL and LPC LLM with Distinction and has recently passed the SQE2 exams on the path to qualification as a solicitor.
Nina speaks Turkish and Spanish and can assist clients in both languages.
