Rameez Dar is a barrister with extensive experience across Immigration, Family, Housing, Criminal & Road Traffic Offences, and Civil Litigation matters. He combines the practical insight of a former solicitor advocate with the focused advocacy of a barrister, providing clients and instructing solicitors with clear, strategic and effective representation.

Called to the Bar by The Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn in July 2023, Rameez brings over a decade of litigation and advocacy experience. He has appeared in the First-tier Tribunal, Upper Tribunal, County Court and Family Court in a wide range of contested hearings, including final hearings, fact-finding hearings, interim applications and urgent relief matters.

Rameez is known for his meticulous preparation, calm courtroom presence, and ability to distil complex legal and factual issues into persuasive submissions. His approach is client-focused yet commercially aware, ensuring that cases are handled both sensitively and strategically.
